Hot Melts are the most obvious adhesive to use in automated production processes. There are various hot melt adhesives available for various applications. Intercol has the knowledge and development possibilities to advise and adapt an adhesive for the optimal performance on both machine efficiency and the best adhesion for the end product. There are a number of hot melt types:
• Based on EVA / Poleolefins, Polyamide, and PUR.
• Applied for, among other things, AGF trays, consumer packaging and display assembly.
• Processable in various application applications. We can advise you wholeheartedly, with equipment coming from solid producers.
• Available as stick ø 12 mm., Pattern ø 43 mm., Granules and blocks or cushions for self-adhesive types of adhesives.

To adhere paper and cardboard, corresponding adhesives have been developed. Adhesives applicable for making tubes and angle profiles.
