Hot melt glues are generally thermplastic adhesives, most known from its application with hot melt handguns and glue sticks. This plastic melts and sticks at hot temperatures around 160°C. The base polymer of hot melts are most common EVA, Polyolefin and Rubber, other components are generally tackifiers and waxes.
